Recently, Galactic Energy Aerospace independently developed 300N two-component engine, 50N two-component engine single, 300N single component engine (backup plan), 50N single component engine single (backup plan) ground thermal test, test have achieved a complete success.
The 300Ntwo-component and 50N two-component engine are used as the power devices of the secondary auxiliary power system of the large reusable liquid launch vehicle "Pallas-1" . Their functions are to provide attitude control, propellant sink and terminal velocity correction for the second stage of the liquid launch vehicle.
As the main scheme of the auxiliary power system power unit, the 300N two-component engine and the 50N two-component engine. The two two-component engines have passed the assessment of rated operating condition, 120% high operating condition, 80% low operating condition, high and low mixing ratio, multi-pulse width pulse program and long range program. The minimum pulse width of the pulse assessment program was 20ms, and there were 2640 pulses in total. After the rigorous pulse assessment procedure, the 300N and 50N two-component engines continued to complete the 165s and 600s long range steady-state assessment. During the test, the engine worked normally in the whole process, the flame was bright in the test process, the combustion efficiency of 300N two-component engine reached more than 92%, and the engine response T90 and T10 was not more than 10ms. The combustion efficiency of 50N two-component engine is more than 95%, and the engine response T90 is less than 10ms, T10 is less than 15ms. After the completion of all assessment procedures, the engine product structure is intact, the engine performance meets the design requirements, and reaches the domestic advanced level of the same level.

After all the examination procedures were completed, the engine product structure was intact. 300N single component engine decomposition efficiency is above 0.98, engine response (hot start) T80 is not more than 70ms, T20 is not more than 50ms; 50N single component engine decomposition efficiency is above 0.97, engine response (hot start) T80 is not more than 70ms, T20 is not more than 50ms, the engine performance meets the design requirements, to achieve the same level of domestic advanced level.
Up to now,Galactic Energy has completed the scheme design and demonstration of the secondary auxiliary power system of "Pallas-1", and can carry out the development and test work of the next phase.
