The Three-in One test scheme has been approved, CERE-1 started it's large-scale ground test phase

On July 3, 2019, Galactic Energy held a review meeting for the Three-in-One test (Full name-Joint firing test of two-stage engine and servo system and  thermal separation test between the first and second stages) of Ceres-1 solid launch vehicle in Beijing. A review group composed of experts and leaders in the field carefully reviewed and discussed the Three-in-One test program.

 

Experts at the meeting agreed that Galactic Energy solid rocket motor, servo system, separation structure and other products tested technical status is clear, the nozzle swing program of the two-stage solid rocket engine is set up reasonably, and the timing of thermal separation between stages is correct and feasible. Test measurement parameters are set comprehensively, which can meet the overall development requirements, the Three-in-One test plan can be carried out.

 

According to the CERES-1 launch veihcle development program, the Three-in-One test as the first overall large ground test, marks the development work officially entered more than 20 large-scale ground test of Intensive implementation phase, in the spirit of dedication and seriousness, Galactic Energy will strengthen quality management, enhance the adequacy of ground test , to ensure that in March of 2020 Ceres -1 rocket's first flight a complete success.
