At 1203 hours on August 10, 2023, Galactic Energy Aerospace successfully launched the 7th mission of Ceres 1 Launch Vehicle (mission code: LUCKY 7) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, and successfully delivered seven satellites into the predefined orbit. This mission was the seventh consecutive successful launch of the Ceres 1 series of commercial launch vehicles, and it was the third consecutive successful launch of the current year. The launch carried seven satellites, namely: Xiguang No. 01, Xingchi No. 1B, Geowei Intelligent Emergency No. 1, and Xi'an Aerospace Investment No. 88, No. 96, No. 104, and No. 112 satellites.
The Xiguang One 01 satellite is a series of Xikuang One satellites independently researched and developed by Xi'an Zhongke Xikuang Aerospace Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and is one of the domestic hyperspectral satellites with the highest geographic and spectral resolution in the 100-kilogram class, and is also one of the domestic hyperspectral infrared integrated observation satellites with the most functions in the same volume class. The satellite carries multiple payloads such as hyperspectral camera, infrared camera, panchromatic camera, on-board intelligent processing unit and optical switch, which are mainly used to provide earth observation services and can be applied in the fields of ecological environment, agriculture and forestry, homeland resources, ocean economy, natural resources, smart city, atmospheric environment, disaster prevention and mitigation, and monitoring of forest fire spots.
Star Pool 1B is a wide-area integrated sensing satellite independently developed by Elliptical Space and Time, which has remote sensing, inter-star/star-earth communication and navigation enhancement capabilities, as well as multi-load, miniaturization and lightweight features, and is mainly used for completing the verification of the core technology of the satellite of Star Pool Program and demonstration applications.
Geosat Intelligent Emergency No. 1 is an AI-centered satellite with an intelligent operating system, which is jointly developed by Geosat II Space Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Sky Patrol Space Technology Co., Ltd. and is equipped with high-resolution array cameras, near-infrared cameras and other carriers, and utilizes on-board intelligent processing technology to provide remote sensing observation services for hotspot areas on the ground. At the same time, the satellite carries the Zebra AliOS operating system, which is the first case in China where the underlying operating system of an automobile is applied to commercial spaceflight.
At present, the Ceres 1 launch vehicle has set a brand new benchmark in the commercial satellite launch market, providing 28 commercial satellite launches for 15 customers with efficient execution capability and reliable rocket products, which cover diversified fields such as earth observation, meteorological monitoring, satellite Internet of Things, and popular science education.

This Ceres 1 launch mission was supported by the title of the famous food brand Haohuanluo, and both parties aimed to inject the core of aerospace quality and aerospace spirit into the brand gene of Haohuanluo through close cooperation and quickly transform it into the products, so as to sail a new journey in the category with the inheritance of artisanal spirit and excellent quality.
